Order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and will add more payment methods in the future.

We want you to receive your TycheLuck jewelry as soon as possible. Therefore, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after the order is submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, order cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Credit cards and Paypal are charged at the time of shipment. Affirm and E-Gift Cards are charged at time of order placement.

All our online ordering processes are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information.

You need to enter the promo code on the checkout page, not in your shopping cart. During checkout, simply enter your promo code when prompted. There may be some restrictions on the use of promo codes; please review the relevant terms and conditions. Promo codes cannot be used on previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments. ***Please note: You can only use one promo code at a time.***

All items are packaged in a gift bag and come with a complimentary message card. We are happy to offer additional gift wrapping services, as well as eco-friendly packaging options. Each item page features a "Is this a gift?" checkbox; selecting this box will display optional gift messages. Please note that gift wrapping and gift messages cannot be added after purchase. These options must be selected on the item page.

If you have a Tyche Luck account, simply log in and select "My Orders" from the menu. You can find your order number there! If you haven't created an account yet, don't worry! You can create one at any time using the email address you used to place your order. Please also note that for every order, we will send an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used to place your order. Do you sell pendants, necklaces, or earrings separately?

We do not sell earring accessories or half pairs of earrings separately, nor do we offer custom chain length services. All jewelry is sold as is.

If the item you're interested in is out of stock, there will be a "Notify Me When Available" option on the product page. Please register to receive notifications when the item is restocked. You will be notified immediately!

All our jewelry is made from high-quality precious metals, gemstones, and semi-precious stones. To learn more about our materials, please visit our "Materials" page.

We are committed to selecting the finest, most authentic gemstones to ensure your Tyche jewelry is both beautiful and meaningful. Therefore, all our healing gemstones come in a variety of colors, textures, and finishes. We believe that these differences are what make your jewelry unique and reflect your personality.

Jewelry Storage – When not wearing Tyche jewelry, store it in a sealed plastic bag. This will prevent the jewelry from losing its shine and scratching. Wearing Jewelry – Contact with water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and moisture, and cleaning agents can cause jewelry to discolor and affect its surface luster. How to Clean Your Jewelry – Through extensive research, we have found that polishing paper is the best option for restoring the shine of sterling silver jewelry. Sterling silver jewelry is best cleaned with our polishing paper. Gold-plated jewelry cannot be cleaned.

Delivery time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Order processing hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time is calculated after order processing is completed.

Free standard shipping: Calculated at checkout, delivery in 7-12 business days

Standard Delivery Mail: Calculated at checkout, 7-12 business days delivery ($4.99)

Air Priority Mail: Delivery time calculated at checkout, 3-7 business days delivery ($7.99)

We offer global shipping! All orders outside the United States are shipped through major international companies.

Delays May Occur
Once the package arrives in the destination country, customs delays may occur due to the recipient country's standard customs clearance procedures. This is beyond Tyche Luck's control and may affect the originally estimated delivery time.

Refusal of Goods
If you refuse to accept the goods from Tyche Luck, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred for the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Gifts
If the order is for gifts, the price of the goods will still be recorded on the customs declaration form. To avoid violating the law, customs authorities require us to declare the value of all packages.

RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

We pride ourselves on offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Tyche Luck gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 30 days from delivery date.

Returns must post marked within 30 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 30 days for return to be processed

To initiate a return, Please visit our RETURNS CENTER . A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount.

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at Tyche Luck store locations.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

For returns, please visit our Contact Us page. A customer service representative will contact you within 3-4 business days. If you choose to return the item using the prepaid return label, we will deduct $5.99 for return shipping from your final refund.

For orders placed within the United States, if you choose to return the item using a prepaid return label, the final refund amount will be reduced by $5.99 for return shipping. International customers are responsible for the cost of the return label.

Please note that the original shipping cost you paid is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. International returns may incur customs duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these costs, and we cannot waive or refund them even if the order is returned to us.

Return processing takes 12-14 business days from the date your returned package arrives at our warehouse. We will send you a return confirmation notification once processing is complete.

Tyche Luck has complete confidence in our products, therefore we offer a one-year warranty on all full-price items purchased from us. The warranty covers breakage or malfunction of the jewelry under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship, and is issued to the original purchaser. The warranty voids if the product is damaged or altered in any way due to the recipient's fault. We will repair or replace any defective Tyche Luck jewelry, with the same or similar style, but only once. Final sale items, sample items, limited editions, or sale items are not covered by the warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
